You will work on multiple projects while cooperating with cross-organizational teams and you will be responsible for the overall analysis of assigned projects and applications with cutting-edge technology stack.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-end participation in project delivery (from Proof of Concept to Move to Production stage – main efforts in initial ones)

Requirement collection and domain knowledge recognition in IT projects

Identification of minimum viable products (MVPs) as well as long-term vision of the delivered application

Creation of road maps, sitemaps and technical documentation (to be used by Developers in development phase)

Backlog preparation: objectives, features, risk analysis, data flow, apps and systems’ scenarios etc.

Projects’ preparation for sales procedures and effort estimations within the team (potentially: E2E new projects’ realization)

Daily, close cooperation with our Sales People, Project Managers, Developers and Clients (mainly medium-sized enterprises)

Pitching services offered by Datazo InfoTech (by showing what are the values of cooperation rather than showing how great we are)

Creating the outbound strategy (Together with Business Development Team)

YOU’RE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU

Have around 5 years of hands-on experience as a B.B.A / M.B.A who knows how to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and who knows how to gather customer’s requirements, analyze and map the processes;

Are an efficient user of MS Office package (e.g. Word, Excel) as well as Jira or other tools which can be used by BAs (and those apps are not a mystery to you);

Know how to follow traditional SDLC and understand Agile SCRUM approach

Communicate in English (min. B2 level)

Are detail-oriented, well-organized as well as have “can-do” and friendly attitude;

Are ready to be part of Agile, fast-paced team

Creating individual and unique message to potential clients based on well-fitted offer/proposal & timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquirers received.

Being Tech-Savvy or willing to learn relevant software skills.

Experience in working with CRM and Google Suite tools

Our interview process

PHONE SCREEN

STEP-1

The first step in our interview process is to give you a quick call to learn more about you, and make sure you check all the requisite boxes. Find a quiet, comfortable place, make sure your phone works, and grab a pen and paper to take notes or sketch out ideas during the call.

Calls typically last 30-45 minutes. We encourage interviewees to think out loud and ask plenty of questions. After we wrap the call, we try to get back to candidates as soon as possible. The wait time should be no more than 2-3 weeks.

CHALLENGE

STEP-2

One of the best ways to see someone’s skills is to see them in action. For most roles, we ask candidates to complete a short challenge that shows off their critical thinking skills and strategic thinking.

This helps us gauge their real world experience as well as see how they solve problems within the context of the role. If the challenge is successfully completed, it becomes a core component of the on-site interview.

IN-PERSON INTERVIEW

STEP-3

After the phone screen and challenge phases, we invite candidates to come hang out at the office and meet the team that they’d be working with. This is the “Formal Interview”, if you’d like to call it that. During this time, we’ll review and talk through the completed challenge and dig into the candidate’s previous experience.

It’s likely that there will be a second onsite interview that’s less formal. This meeting will be about meeting other Sidebenchers and learning about the candidate’s culture fit.

How should I prepare for the first interview?
Before the interview, we’ll send you a short manual that outlines everything you need to know. Above all, you should pay attention to the following:

Take a second look at the job offer. Perhaps you have some doubts or additional questions? We’ll clarify everything you’d like to know during the interview.

Do not hesitate to explore our website before the interview - you’ll find a lot of useful information there.

Be prepared to talk about your past work experience. We want to know what you’d been up to.

Be ready to talk about formalities, including the length of the notice period, your salary expectations, type of contract and any other formal issues that are important to you.

We treat every interview as a bilateral meeting. We talk and we listen, trying to keep it at 50:50, so you will have plenty of time to talk about yourself and ask questions.
Can I apply for work experience at Datazo InfoTech?
We don’t offer work experience placements on a regular basis. However, sometimes we recruit apprentices when new projects begin, so we encourage you to check our Careers page regularly for such openings.
Is it possible to work 100% remotely?
For Datazo InfoTech you can work 100% remotely, rarely there are projects where we build a team in a given location, but if it's so we always underline it in the job description.
What will my career path look like?
At Datazo InfoTech, we operate in terms of seniority, so our employees work at Junior, Mid- and Senior level positions before they can become a Tech Lead and then Architect. At the same time, no career path at our company is engraved in stone. We support our employees’ professional development and thus opportunities to advance are always being considered individually. If we notice that you progress, we will be happy to discuss promotion opportunities. If our employee wants to make a change too, we are also open to talk about it.
Can I switch to a different project while I work at Datazo InfoTech?
Yes, it’s possible, but it won’t happen overnight. If you want to change the project, you will have to communicate this to your Line Manager first. You will talk to state the reasons for your desire to change, as well as your expectations regarding the new assignment. It will also be necessary to find a replacement before you transfer to a new project.
If I’ve been seeing a job offer on your website for a while, is it still valid?
We update our careers page regularly, so any offer that you find there is waiting for your application. If a role is related to our core technologies, i.e. C# and .NET, we constantly look for qualified staff, hence some offers (especially for .NET Developers) may be up for a longer period of time.
Can I apply if I don’t see an offer that matches my technical skills?

What’s the required knowledge level of English?
You have to be able to communicate freely within the team and with a client. There is no need to present a certificate, however, we will verify your knowledge of English during the interviews.
